Utah JazzCoach Crossman and I began a player development regimen the first day he was hired at Skidmore. At the time I was entering my junior season. From then on, his daily commitment to teaching me not only basketball but the game of life aided in my on-court successes. By the time I was a senior my game was more polished than ever. My understanding of leadership, consistency in my shot, and ability to pick apart different ball screen coverages took my game to another level. There was never a day where I couldn't count on Coach. Beyond basketball, he remains a consistent motivating figure in my life that I can always count on. 1x All-American 2x League Player of the Year 2x League Champion

Skidmore College '18Coach Rey was my trainer for the final three years of my high school career. From the beginning he was fully invested in my development and never allowed for me to take short cuts. He recognized and believed in my talent sooner than even I could. The physical and mental demands of our workouts gave me confidence and belief that I could play against anyone. Coach Rey was instrumental in my achievement of becoming a Division I basketball player. 1,000 Point Scorer in High School 4x Conference All-Star in High School

Holy Cross '23I have always been a scoring guard who excelled when slashing to the basket. I knew entering college that if I improved my ball handling and added moves to create space, that I would have great success. From my freshman season to the end of my junior year Coach Crossman and I worked diligently. At first, the majority of our time was spent focused on the ball handling and moves to create space. This soon turned into the development of my overall game. Film study became a normal occurrence with Coach. He was able to recognize my flaws and then taught me ways to improve. I am grateful to Coach for the commitment he always gave and proud of all we accomplished together. 1x All-American 2x League Player of the Year 2x League Champion Program All-Time Leading Scorer 2,128 Points
